Born and brought up in a small town, we have always encouraged manual work . We use time-honored techniques to create luxurious garments that honor the exceptional craftsmanship of India. By employing skilled artisans and paying them fairly for their craft, we create vibrant, one-of-a-kind clothing in a way that respects our planet and its people. All our fabrics are responsibly sourced with no synthetic fibers involved.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER:
Originated in India , Shimona is a brand dedicated to classic cuts, exceptional embroideries and embellishments with a sole purpose of offering chic, minimal yet unique designs to the modern day women. The label offers conscious, chic, classic and comfortable designs.
Shimona developed her love for fashion in the very early days of her school, often being styled and dressed by her mom who loved shopping one of a kind pieces for her daughters.
She formally began her career with fashion education at Pearl Academy, India and NABA- Milan. As a result, she was offered an internship at Anna Sui, New York that later converted to a job offer as a production associate.
On return to India , Shimona has worked with textile designers, pattern making specialists only to realize her forte in the Fashion business and start her own label in 2022 for domestic and overseas markets.
